Economical hood covering the head, face, and neck for splash and overspray protection, with a patented inflating neck cuff for a snug, comfortable seal.
The CC20 Series respirator hood is a proven, versatile option for pharmaceutical manufacturing, painting, spray foam, and chemical-handling applications.
It’s lighter and more comfortable than tight-fitting full-facepiece respirators, covers the entire head/face/neck for splash and overspray protection, and makes cleanup simple. A reusable comfort suspension holds the hood in place without creating pressure points, and no fit testing is required, so it easily accommodates facial hair, ear wear, and prescription eyewear or safety glasses.
A patented neck cuff inflates as air enters the hood, helping maintain positive pressure and keep contaminants out.
Compatible with both EVA/EVAHL PAPRs and supplied air systems (also available as a Type C SAR) Patented inflatable neck cuff for a snug, comfortable seal No fit testing required; accommodates facial hair and eyewear Reusable comfort suspension, no pressure points Available in Dupont Tychem 2000 or Tychem 4000 material Optional integration with C30 and S51 head protection NIOSH approved with EVA/EVAHL PAPR system.
